No Breathers- A training technique where swimmers go a certain length of swimming without breathing (usually no more than a 25 is recommended for all but the highest level of swimmers). Helps to train limiting the number of breaths a swimmer takes during races, especially in short races. See also: under/overs and over/unders.

NT- Abbreviation for "No Time" found in heat sheets that indicates that a swimmer is entered into that event without a seed time
